·         Experienced, TREC - Professional Licensed Inspectors with years of building knowledge, continual education & training, a dedicated background in construction techniques & building materials, remolding, maintenance & professional real estate inspection training.
·         The inspectors will perform comprehensive, confidential and impartial inspections geared specifically to the unique requirements of the property & components being evaluated.
·         We strongly encourage you to accompany the inspector during the inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home. Past clients have referred to our inspections as “Home Ownership 101”. We like that.
·         We will provide telephone consultations incase you need clarification of any inspection issues, code infractions, safety or maintenance information about your new home.

What about the Administrative Staff?
·         We are knowledgeable & courteous professionals. Available full time to address any of your inspection concerns & answer any of your questions about the inspections.
·         We will be happy to schedule and confirm your appointments, generate, print and deliver your professional inspection report in less then 24 hours so your deadlines can be met.

So what makes your Inspection Reports different from others?
·         Each computer prepared report a detailed, easy to read, narrative report.  It is the thoroughly written examination of the building and its component parts. It will be developed exclusively by the Professional Licensed Inspector who conducted your on-sight “discovery inspection”. 
·         Your report will be ready to be mailed and/or faxed to you, your attorney or agent within 24 hours after the “discovery inspection” (with additional copies at your request only.) 
·         We want you to know that the report is your confidential property and will not be made available to anyone without your approval. We are employed by you - and only you.
